  I have trusted my insurance needs to Greg and his experienced team for nearly 20 years. I have always been extremely happy and quite impressed with the level of professionalism, honest hard working and caring staff. Greg has periodically reviewed my policies over the years to make sure my needs are met and that I have adequate coverage. He has saved me thousands of dollars over the years. I would recommend Greg Ladendorf and his staff for your insurance needs.

  The staff was nice enough. I just have a huge problem with being told I am going to be charged a certain amount for services and then receiving bills for a higher amount. My auto policy was raised $10 after my first month with no explanation and I was charged another $11.99 for policy changes. Then on my third month they raised my homeowner's policy and added the difference from the previous months to the current bill. My billing for the 4 months: NOV. $143.05, DEC. $166.02, JAN. $197.71, FEB.: $181.98 When I went to discuss my bill with the office they had no idea what was going on either. Needless to say I was outraged to the point that I cancelled all of my policies. This may be a "State Farm" problem in general and not specific to Greg Ladendorf, but someone really needs to get their act together. I don't know why they feel like my checking account is their personal ATM to make charges as they see fit. HONOR YOUR WORD! There is nothing worse than businesses that lie to you .
